- 1) You will need a valid email address OR a valid mobile phone which is capable of receiving text messages to complete new member registration.
- 2) If there is a difficulty with item 1), please live chat with us or contact us at 1-833-299-1449 (Toll Free). We will walk you through together.
- 3) Enter the Referral ID given by your living community (or Televeda). Click "NEXT" to view Code of Conduct. Click "I AGREE" to accept and proceed.
- 4) Enter your first name, last name, email, mobile phone number OR landline phone number, and your relationship with your living community. Click "NEXT" to proceed.
- 5) Click "SEND VERIFICATION NUMBER" to receive your very own One-Time Verification Number via text messaging to your mobile phone. If you didn't have a mobile number entered previously, we will be sending it via email automatically. If you need some help, please use the available help options provided there.
- 6) Enter the 6-digit One-Time Verification Number which you received (usually in a few minutes), and click "NEXT" to complete your new member registration.
- 7) There shall be a welcome message inviting you to visit our virtual welcome lobby. Click "VISIT THE LOBBY" to go to our virtual welcome lobby to view/join online live classes of the day. We recommend you to bookmark our virtual welcome lobby in your web browser for your convenience in the future.
1) Why should I register at Televeda?
Televeda offers a variety of online live classes, online live showcases, and special online holiday events. They can only be participated by registered members. Besides, as a registered member of Televeda, you will be able to receive our general email communications and enjoy other member-only services.
2) I forgot my user password. How do I reset it?
Televeda adopts a passwordless login scheme thus there is no user password present for your user account. When registered successfully, we will remember your device for 30 days. If you happen to return after 30 days (with the same device) or use a different device to log in, you will not have to register again. Please simply visit our virtual welcome lobby and get verified by following the user-friendly instructions there in one minute.

4) When I tried to register, I received an error message stating that my email address (or phone number) is already in use.
Our system requires a unique email address for each member profile. You are receiving this error message because the email address you entered is already associated with a member profile, most likely one you already set up (or tried to set up) previously.
